Our rooms adapt to various configurations, up to a maximum of 30 people seated. Equipped with projector, computer and wi-fi.
Kitchen Technician Auditorium
The Kitchen Technical Auditorium allows events, presentations and demonstrations involving specific cooking needs and cooking demonstrations, or simply to provide meetings in a different environment.
This space, with a maximum capacity of 30 seats, is equipped with audiovisual projector, screen for projection, convector oven, refrigerated bench and glass ceramic hob.
The ideal space for holding workshops and other practical training associated with gastronomy and wine, or for presenting new products.
Pedagogical Kitchens
As cozinhas pedagógicas são espaços concebidos para trabalhar em grupo, simulando o ambiente de uma cozinha profissional.
Têm capacidade para acolher 20 pessoas e estão equipadas com forno convetor, bloco quente, fritadeira e grelhador.
A sua arquitetura apresenta-se como uma proposta ideal quer para ações de formação práticas, quer para a sua utilização profissional.
PEDAGOGIC BAR
The Pedagogical Bar, with seating capacity for 15 people, is equipped with all the essential materials of a bar, simulating a real and welcoming environment.
An area that can serve as a bridge between meetings or where you can hold your own event.
Oenology and Sensory Analysis Rooms
In the Oenology and Sensory Tasting room you will find an environment adapted to the specificities of a good wine, olive oil or other food tasting, allowing an accurate visual, olfactory and gustatory appreciation.
Additionally, due to its layout and unique characteristics, it can be an original room for a team event or meeting up to a maximum of 15 people seated.
Other Spaces
The school has other spaces which, due to their characteristics, can be used for different purposes.
The outdoor patio, large and with a pleasant architecture, can be an excellent option for holding events.
The cafeteria, with a capacity of up to 80 people, can be adapted to different contexts.
